Can I order a sample before I order?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Due to the bespoke customisation of our invitations, there is a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations per item.
What information do you need to get started?
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a Wedding Stationery Customisation form via email which will ask for all the necessary information required, there will also be space to provide any extra information you may wish to add.
When will we receive our digital PDF Proofs?
Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has been cleared, Eliza May Prints will contact you within 1 working day with a Wedding Stationery Customisation Form for you to complete with your details. Once the form has been returned to Eliza May Prints, a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to your email address within 3 working days.
Can we make edits? When is it too late to change something?
We will provide up to three rounds of digital proofs, this includes a final proof for sign off before print. Any extra rounds will incur a fee of £20.00 per proof. Any amendments required must be submitted via email. We will not print them until any last changes have been made. Once all items have been sent to print, it won’t be possible to make any more design changes.
How long will it take to receive my invitations?
Once the final proof has been approved for production, your finished stationery will be printed and hand-finished. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Your stationery may be produced sooner than this but it cannot be guaranteed. These timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances but Eliza May Prints will keep you updated throughout the process.
How will my invitations be delivered?
Invitations are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for as standard postage or via DPD courier (depending on the weight of the parcel) to the address given on the initial order form, unless you inform us of an alternative address. You will be updated via email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking reference (if applicable).
Can I change the colour of the envelopes?
Yes. We offer a range of coloured envelopes included with all invitations, RSVP Cards and Save the Date Cards as standard. You can view the colour options here.
